RETURNS / EXCHANGES
The Nixon Art Gallery (handmade unique wearable & art pieces) and the Carter Kennedy Showroom (CK Showroom – fashion items) will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packages if initiated within five (5) days of the client receiving the order.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on the Nixon Art Gallery's part.
All handmade items, canvas artwork, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.
All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at nag@fashionumbrella.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You can always contact us for any return questions at nag@fashionumbrella.org.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return to Sender or Undeliverable Packages
Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the Nixon Art Gallery or CK Showroom.
To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned to the Nixon Art Gallery or has the tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.
